焦化企业中应急事故废水的处置措施

摘要： 突发环境事件发生之后，通过截流、封堵等措施将事故废水收集到厂区内的围堰、初期雨水池和应急事故池
内，避免了对厂外环境的影响。由于突发环境事件的突发、偶发、不可确定性等因素，事故废水主要成分具有短时期内
的未知性和风险性，如果得不到及时有效的处置，事故废水也会成为一个风险源，对厂区外环境造成威胁。以焦化企业
为例，对应急事故废水的处置措施进行初步探讨。

Treatment Measures of Emergency Accident Wastewater in Coking Enterprises

Abstract: After the emergency environmental incident, the accident wastewater is collected into the cofferdam, initial rainwater
pool and emergency pool in the plant area by means of closure, blocking and other measures to avoid the impact on the environment
outside the plant. Due to the sudden, sporadic, uncertain and other factors of emergency environmental incident, the main
components of accident wastewater are unknown and risky in a short period of time. If they are not treated in time and effectively,
accident wastewater will also become a risk source, which will pose a threat to the environment outside the plant area. Taking
coking enterprise as an example, this paper discussed the treatment measures of emergency accident wastewater.
