大型污水厂多模式AAO 工艺处理效果分析与优化控制

摘要: A 大型污水处理厂日处理规模1.0×106 t,采用多模式AAO+ 纤维滤池深度处理工艺,通过对其污水处理效果
进行研究分析后发现,该厂出水各类污染物指标均大幅优于GB 18918—2002 城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准一级A
标准。其中,COD 去除率为93.4%,NH4
+-N 去除率为98.7%,TP 去除率为97.4%,TN 去除率为77.1%,SS 去除率为
96.7%。同时,该厂在日常运行管理中不断优化创新,对成本进行了有效控制,降本增效效果明显。

Abstract: A Large-scale Sewage Treatment Plant has a daily treatment capacity of 1.0×106 t, and adopts the advanced treatment
process of multi-mode AAO + fiber filter. Through the research and analysis of its sewage treatment effect, it is found that the
effluent pollutant indexes of the plant are much better than the first class A standard of GB 18918—2002 Pollutant Discharge
Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant. Among them, COD removal rate is 93.4%, NH4
+-N removal rate is 98.7%, TP removal
rate is 97.4%, TN removal rate is 77.1%, SS removal rate is 96.7%. At the same time, the plant constantly optimizes and
innovates in the daily operation management, effectively controls the cost, reduces the cost and increases the efficiency.
