大型带式输送机启动时角式驱动头架安全性分析

摘要： 带式输送机角式驱动头架的作用在于支撑输送机驱动滚筒组，其受力状态对整个过程输送系统的稳定运行起着很
重要的作用。目前，带式输送机设计手册主要针对的是驱动功率在320 kW 以下的设备，开展驱动功率在1 000 kW 以上
的大型带式输送机启动时角式驱动头架的受力分析，可以检验整个输送系统的安全性，并对大型带式输送机角式驱动头
架的结构优化设计起到关键作用。通过对DTC120/75/2Χ 型带式输送机驱动头架进行优化分析可得，优化后的驱动头架
结构性能更好，能更好地满足带式输送机的使用需求，为后期开展驱动头架优化改进提供了重要参考。

Safety Analysis of Angle Driving Head Frame When Large-scale Belt Conveyor Starts

Abstract: The function of angle driving head frame of belt conveyor is to support the driving roller group of the conveyor. Its
stress state plays an important role in the stable operation of the whole process of the conveying system. At present, the belt
conveyor design manual is mainly aimed at the equipment with the driving power below 320 kW. The stress analysis of the angle
driving head frame when the large-scale belt conveyor with the driving power above 1 000 kW starts can test the safety of the
whole conveying system and play a key role in the structural optimization design of the angle driving head frame of the large-scale
belt conveyor. Through the optimization analysis of DTC120/75/2X type belt conveyor driving head frame, it can be concluded that
the optimized driving head frame has better structural performance and can better meet the use requirements of the belt conveyor,
which provides an important reference for the later optimization and improvement of the driving head frame.
