综采工作面液压支架工作状态监测系统设计

摘要: 液压支架是煤矿综采工作面的支护设备,如果其工作状态出现异常,则会严重威胁到采煤人员的安全。为实
时了解液压支架的工作状态,避免事故发生,设计了液压支架工作状态监测系统。该系统利用压力传感器和倾角传感器
采集液压支架的压力和倾角信息,以此来反映液压支架的工作状态,同时利用了中央处理器和CAN 通信电路等硬件和开
发监测平台软件。所设计的液压支架工作状态监测系统结构简单、造价较低,并且可以高效率地稳定运行,对井下的安
全生产和煤矿的现代化发展具有重要意义。

Design of Working State Monitoring System of Hydraulic Support in Fully Mechanized
Mining Face

Abstract: The hydraulic support is the support equipment of the fully mechanized coal mining face. If the working state of the
hydraulic support is abnormal, it will seriously threaten the safety of the coal miners. In order to know the working state of the
hydraulic support in real time and avoid accidents, the monitoring system of the working state of the hydraulic support was
designed. The system uses pressure sensor and angle sensor to collect the pressure and angle information of the hydraulic support,
so as to reflect the working state of the hydraulic support. At the same time, it uses hardware such as CPU and CAN communication
circuit and development monitoring platform software. The designed monitoring system of working state of hydraulic support is
simple in structure, low in cost, and stable in operation with high efficiency, which is of great significance to the safety production
of underground and the modernization development of coal mines.
