含水易松散组合岩层顶板工作面矿压规律

摘要: 粉砂质泥岩或细粒砂岩与粉砂岩岩层组合的顶板,其岩层遇水后极易松散垮落。以山西南部A 矿工作面为研
究背景,采用现场监测、理论分析等方法研究了此类组合岩层顶板工作面的矿压规律,并且检验了现选用支架是否合理。
研究表明:基本顶周期来压期间整体矿压显现明显,来压步距平均为8.05 m且非均匀分布;在现场操作中应注意提高初
撑力,所选用的支架运行状态能满足工作面的支护需求,对工作面顶板适应性较好。

Ground Pressure Law of Roof Working Face in Water Bearing and Loose Composite Rock Strata

Abstract: The roof of the combination of silty mudstone or fine-grained sandstone and siltstone is easy to loose and fall when
meeting water. Taking the working face of A Coal Mine in the south of Shanxi Province as the research background, this paper
used the methods of field monitoring and theoretical analysis to study the ground pressure law of this kind of composite rock
stratum roof working face, and tested whether the current support was reasonable. The results showed that during the basic roof
periodic weighting period, the overall ground pressure behavior was obvious, the average weighting step distance was 8.05 m and
was non-uniform distribution; attention should be paid to improve the initial support force in the field operation, and the selected
support operation state could meet the support requirements of the working face, and had good adaptability to the roof of the
working face.
