穿层钻孔瓦斯有效抽采半径研究

摘要: 瓦斯抽采钻孔有效抽采半径是瓦斯钻孔设计的重要参考指标,对矿井瓦斯治理工作的针对性开展具有重要意
义。根据矿井3 号煤层赋存情况,采用现场实测方法对穿层钻孔瓦斯有效抽采半径范围进行考察,并用Comsol 软件对有
效抽采半径进行对比分析。结果表明,现场实测值与数值模拟结果间的误差均控制在5.5%以内,现场实测较为准确。现
场实测的穿层钻孔瓦斯有效抽采半径可以为穿层钻孔布置提供设计依据,根据煤炭开采设计合理地确定钻孔间距,在满
足安全的前提下减少钻孔工程量。

Research on Effective Gas Drainage Radius of Layer-crossing Boreholes

Abstract: The effective drainage radius of gas drainage boreholes is an important reference index for gas drilling design, which is
of great significance for targeted development of mine gas control work. According to the occurrence of No.3 Coal Seam in the
mine, this paper used the field measurement method to investigate the effective gas drainage radius range of layer-crossing
boreholes, and compared and analyzed the effective drainage radius with Comsol software. The results showed that the error between
the field measured value and the numerical simulation result was controlled within 5.5%, which indicated that the field
measurement was more accurate. The effective gas drainage radius measured in the field could provide the design basis for the
arrangement of layer-crossing boreholes, and determine the drilling spacing reasonably according to the coal mining design, so as
to reduce the drilling work quantity on the premise of meeting the safety requirements.
