近距离煤层群下工作面回采巷道合理布置方式研究

摘要: 针对近距离煤层群下工作面回采巷道布置方式存在的问题,以三交河煤矿2-2 下煤层601 工作面为工程背景,
探讨了3 种不同巷道布置方式的优缺点,数值模拟分析了6 种不同煤柱留设宽度的巷道稳定性发育规律。结果确定601
工作面巷道布置方式为内错式,煤柱留设宽度为16 m,应用后巷道高度减小程度保持在80 mm左右,两帮移近量保持
在160 mm 左右,巷道完整性较好,工作面采出率较高。研究成果为相似条件下的巷道布置提供了一定借鉴。

Study on Reasonable Layout Method of Mining Roadway in Working Face under Close-distance
Coal Seam Group

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the layout method of the mining roadway in the working face under the closedistance
coal seam group, taking the 601 working face of 2 -2 lower coal seam in Sanjiaohe Coal Mine as the engineering
background, this paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of three different roadway layout methods, and analyzed the
stability development law of six different coal pillar width through numerical simulation. The results showed that the roadway
layout method of 601 working face was internal staggered, the width of coal pillar was 16 m, the reduction degree of roadway
height after application was kept at about 80 mm, the displacement of two sides was kept at about 160 mm, the integrity of
roadway was good, and the recovery rate of working face was high. The research results provide a certain reference for roadway
layout under similar conditions.
