锅炉排烟余热回收利用的技术方案选择探讨

摘要: 燃煤火力发电厂应用锅炉排烟余热回收利用的节能技术时,根据实际情况,充分考虑现场实际条件,选择最
适合的技术方案。对于已建成的燃煤发电厂,采用余热品质逐级利用的两级节能系统技术方案,可提高锅炉效率约
1.5%;对于新建的燃煤发电厂,采用余热品质逐级利用的烟气旁路两级节能系统技术方案,不仅节省投资成本,而且可
提高锅炉效率约3.0%。

Abstract: When the energy-saving technology of waste heat recovery and utilization of boiler exhaust gas is applied in coal-fired
power plant, the most suitable technical scheme is selected according to the actual situation and fully considering the actual
conditions on site. For the built coal-fired power plant, the boiler efficiency can be increased by 1.5% by adopting the two-stage
energy-saving system technology scheme of waste heat quality step-by-step utilization; for the newly-built coal-fired power plant,
the technical scheme of flue gas bypass two-stage energy-saving system with waste heat quality step-by-step utilization can not
only save the investment cost, but also improve the boiler efficiency by about 3.0%.
