用电极法测定土壤pH影响因素的探讨

摘要: 比较了国内外测定土壤pH 的条件,并以国内土壤pH测定的方法为依据,以国家标准土壤样品为对象,研究
了搅拌时间、静置时间、温度、浸提剂等因素对pH 测定的影响。结果表明,搅拌时间、静置时间在一定范围内对测定
结果没有显著的影响,温度变化在较小的范围内(小于5 ℃) 不影响测定结果的准确性,以KCl为浸提剂测定的值比以
H2O 为浸提剂测定的值低。

Discussion on Influencing Factors of Soil pH Determination by Electrode Method

Abstract: This paper compared the conditions of measuring soil pH at home and abroad, and based on the domestic methods of
soil pH determination, taking the national standard soil samples as the object, studied the influence of mixing time, standing time,
temperature, extraction agent and other factors on the determination of soil pH. The results showed that mixing time and standing
time had no significant effect on the determination results in a certain range, temperature change in a small range (less than 5 益)
did not affect the accuracy of the determination results, the value measured with KCl as extraction agent was lower than that with
H2O as extraction agent.
