松软煤层综采工作面煤壁片帮防治研究

摘要: 为降低松软煤层开采期间煤壁片帮对采面生产的影响,在对煤壁片帮影响因素进行分析的基础上,提出采用
以注马丽散强化煤体强度为核心,优化生产方式为辅助措施的煤壁片帮防治措施,并详细地对注浆钻孔布置、注浆参数
进行了阐述。通过采取注浆措施,煤壁强度、完整性得以显著提升,煤壁对顶板的支撑作用增强,在一定程度上降低了
顶板冒落概率。现场应用表明,采面采取片帮防治措施后,大面积片帮基本得到了控制,回采工作面进尺从0.6 刀/d 提
升至3 刀/d,基本实现了采面正常生产,取得了显著的安全、经济效益。

Coal Seams

Abstract: In order to reduce the influence of coal wall spalling on mining face production during soft coal seam mining, based on
the analysis of influencing factors of coal wall spalling, this paper put forward the prevention and control measures of coal wall
spalling, which takes the strengthening of coal body strength by injecting Malisan as the core, and takes the optimization of the
production mode as the auxiliary measures, and elaborated the layout of grouting holes and grouting parameters in detail. By
taking grouting measures, the strength and integrity of coal wall can be significantly improved, and the supporting effect of coal
wall on roof is enhanced, and the roof falling probability is reduced to a certain extent. The field application shows that the large
area spalling has been basically controlled and the footage of the working face has been increased from 0.6 to 3 knives per day
after taking the measures to prevent and control the spalling. The normal production of the mining face has been basically realized
and remarkable safety and economic benefits have been achieved.
