回采巷道支护方案优化研究

摘要: 巷道掘进中受到断层、邻近采动影响时,围岩变形较为严重,给巷道正常使用及掘进安全带来不利影响。在
对巷道赋存地质条件、受力环境以及原支护方案围岩变形破坏进行分析的基础上,提出以锚注为核心的巷道支护方案。
优化后的支护方案包括U型架棚架设,表层喷浆,浅孔注浆,顶板、巷帮锚杆施工,底板注浆,顶板、巷帮深孔注浆,
顶板、巷帮锚索施工等部分。支护后的巷道围岩变形量最大为446 mm,在允许的安全范围内,表明采用的优化技术方
案可以确保巷道使用安全,具有一定的实用价值。

Research on Optimization of Support Scheme for Mining Roadway

Abstract: The deformation of surrounding rock is serious when the roadway is affected by faults and adjacent mining, which
brings adverse effects to the normal use of roadway and the safety of driving. Based on the analysis of the geological conditions,
stress environment and surrounding rock deformation and failure of the original support scheme, this paper proposed the roadway
support scheme with bolt-grouting as the core. The optimized support scheme included U-shaped shed erection, surface shotcreting,
shallow hole grouting, roof and roadway side anchor construction, floor grouting, roof and roadway side deep hole grouting,
roof and roadway side anchor cable construction. The maximum deformation of surrounding rock after support was 446 mm, which
is within the allowable safety range. It showed that the optimized technical scheme could ensure the safety of roadway use, and
had certain practical value.
