薄煤层采煤机截割部行星架断裂故障诊断及改进

摘要： 针对薄煤层采煤机截割部行星架断裂故障，根据云冈矿已损毁的行星架结构探伤分析，得出行星架断裂的原
因，设计了行星架的改进方案，并进行现场应用分析。改进后效果明显，实现了既定目标，有力保障了矿井安全高效生产。

Fracture Fault Diagnosis and Improvement of Planet Carrier in Cutting Section of Thin Coal

Abstract: Aiming at the fracture fault of planet carrier in cutting section of thin coal seam shearer, according to the flaw detection
analysis of damaged planet carrier structure in Yungang Coal Mine, this paper obtained the causes of planet carrier fracture,
designed the improvement scheme of planet carrier, and carried out field application analysis. After the improvement, the effect
was obvious, the established goal was achieved, and the safe and efficient production of the mine was effectively guaranteed.
