煤矿井下顶板矿压控制及综采技术方案研究

摘要: 针对煤矿井下综采作业过程中巷道顶板矿压波动大、稳定性差,给井下综采作业带来较大安全隐患的难题,
提出了一种基于水力压裂技术的顶板矿压控制方案,同时结合该控制方案提出了一种新的井下充填综采技术方案。分析
表明,该井下顶板矿压控制和综采技术方案能有效提升井下综采作业的稳定性和效率,显著提高煤矿综采作业的经济
性,具有极大的应用推广价值。

Study on Roof Pressure Control and Fully Mechanized Mining Technology Scheme in
Underground Coal Mine

Abstract: In view of the problem of large fluctuation and poor stability of roadway roof pressure in the process of fully
mechanized mining operation in the coal mine, which brought great safety hidden danger to fully mechanized mining operation,
this paper put forward a roof pressure control scheme based on hydraulic fracturing technology and a new underground filling
comprehensive mining technology scheme combined with the control scheme. The analysis showed that the underground roof
pressure control and fully mechanized mining technology scheme could effectively improve the stability and efficiency of
underground fully mechanized mining operation, significantly improve the economy of fully mechanized mining operation in the
coal mine, and has great application value.
