工作面过空巷充填支护参数研究

摘要: 以工作面过空巷为研究背景,结合晋北煤业5-103 工作面过空巷的实际状况,进行了数值模拟研究。数值模
拟结果显示,4 MPa 是充填强度的转折点。为此,通过对不同充填材料的综合对比,采用高水材料进行了注浆施工。充
填注浆后,巷道围岩的稳定性得到了提高,工作环境得以改善,为安全生产提供了保障。

Study on Filling and Supporting Parameters of Working Face through Empty Roadways

Abstract: With the working face through empty roadways as research background, combining with the actual situation of 5-103
working face through empty roadways of Jinbei Coal Industry Co., Ltd., this paper carried out numerical simulation. The numerical
simulation results show that 4 MPa is the turning point of filling strength. Therefore, through the comprehensive comparison of
different filling materials, the high water material was used for grouting construction. After filling grouting, the stability of roadway
surrounding rock was improved, the working environment was improved, which has provided the safeguard for the safe production.
