工作面沿空留巷窄煤柱留设研究

摘要: 近年来,窄煤柱综放沿空留巷技术在提高煤炭资源回采率和现场安全生产成效方面效果明显。窄煤柱宽度的
留设直接影响巷道围岩应力场和位移力场的分布。基于兰花集团莒山煤矿ZF307 工作面的实际情况,根据现场钻孔取芯
分析,采用数值模拟工具,对留设窄煤柱进行对比分析。施工后现场矿压观测结果表明,选取的窄煤柱可有效控制围岩
变形量。该方法对合理选取窄煤柱的宽度有一定的借鉴意义。

Study on Narrow Coal Pillar Reserve in Gob Side Entry Retaining in Working Face

Abstract: In recent years, the technology of gob side entry retaining with narrow coal-pillar in fully mechanized caving has been
obvious in improving the recovery rate of coal resources and the effectiveness of on-site safety production. The setting of the
narrow coal pillar width directly affects the distribution of the stress field and displacement force field of the surrounding rock of
the roadway. Based on the actual situation of the ZF307 working face in Jushan Coal Mine of Lanhua Group, according to on-site
drilling and core analysis, this paper used numerical simulation tools to compare and analyze the reserved narrow coal pillars. The
results of on-site mine pressure observation after construction show that the selected narrow coal pillars can effectively control the
deformation of surrounding rock. This method has certain reference significance for the reasonable selection of narrow coal pillar
width.
