林西选煤厂降低介耗的实践及效果评价

摘要： 重介质分选技术是一种高效的选煤技术，但其因介质损耗给选煤厂带来许多负面影响，因此对于介质损耗的
管控显得尤为重要。以林西选煤厂为研究背景，通过分析总结其介耗的原因，从技术和管理两个方面进行管控，取得了
明显的降耗效果，使该选煤厂有效降低了生产成本，提高了经济效益。

Practice and Effect Evaluation of Reducing Medium Loss in Linxi Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract: Dense medium separation technology is an efficient coal preparation method, but its medium loss will bring many negative
effects to the coal preparation plant, so the control of medium loss is particularly important. Taking Linxi Coal Preparation Plant
as the research background, this paper summarized the causes of its medium consumption through analysis. The medium consumption
was controlled from two aspects of technology and management, which achieved obvious effect of reducing consumption, making
the coal preparation plant effectively reduce production costs and improve economic benefits.
