煤矿主通风机降噪改造分析与实践

摘要: 主要对煤矿主通风机降噪改造方案进行了分析和论述。结合噪声源各自的特点,分别对不同的噪声源进行了
分析,并且根据改造现场实际情况及煤矿安全通风要求,给出了不同的设计思路,做到节约成本,重点突出,效果可靠。
其中,风道扩散口噪声治理是煤矿主通风机噪声治理的难点,对其进行了详细的分析论证和数据计算。在保证降噪的同
时,不能影响矿井通风安全,提出了可行性较强的降噪方案。改造后的实践效果证明,该技术方案是有效的。

Analysis and Practice of Noise Reduction Transformation of Main Ventilator in Coal Mine

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzed and discussed the noise reduction retrofit scheme of coal mine main ventilator. Combining
with the characteristics of noise sources, it analyzed different noise sources respectively, and put forward the different design train
of thought according to the actual situation of reconstruction site and coal mine safe ventilation requirements, achieving cost
savings, points standing out and reliable effect. The diffuser noise control of air duct is the difficult point of controlling the noise
of main ventilator in coal mine, which has been carried out detailed analysis and data calculation. The mine ventilation safety
cannot be affected while reducing the noise, so a feasible scheme of noise reduction was put forward. The practical result after the
transformation proves that the technical scheme is effective.
