综采工作面深孔预裂爆破卸压技术研究

摘要: 为了解决61103 综采工作面坚硬顶板不易垮落的问题,确保综采工作面的生产安全,采用UDEC 软件对深孔
卸压爆破前后采空区顶板覆岩移动形态进行分析,发现采用深孔预裂爆破卸压技术后,综采工作面基本顶顶板初次垮落
破断形式、步距与周期来压时基本顶破断形式、步距相近,并依据61103 综采工作面地质情况,设计了综采工作面深孔
预裂爆破卸压技术方案。现场应用该技术方案后,顶板初次来压步距为28.12 m,来压时支架工作阻力为24.2 MPa,顶板
垮落来压不明显,可以确保综采工作面的生产安全。

Research on Pressure Relief Technology of Deep Hole Presplitting Blasting in Fully Mechanized
Mining Face

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the hard roof of 61103 fully mechanized coal mining face is not easy to collapse and
ensure the safety of mining face, UDEC software was used to analyze the movement pattern of overburden rock in the goaf before
and after deep hole pressure relief blasting. After applying the mining technology, the initial roof striking step of the mining face
was close to that of the periodical pressure, and the basic form of roof breaking was also similar. According to the geological
condition of the 61103 mining face, a technical plan for deep hole pre-splitting blasting pressure relief was designed. After the
on-site application, the first step of the roof pressure was 28.12 m, the working resistance of the bracket was 24.2 MPa, and the
pressure of the roof is not obvious, which can ensure the safety of mining face production.
