摘要: 802 采面运输巷顶板为典型的复合顶板且破碎,加之巷道埋深深,巷道围岩控制困难,特提出锚网索喷结合顶
板注浆加固支护技术对802 采面运输巷围岩进行控制,并详细对支护参数、注浆参数进行设计。现场应用表明,采取提
出的围岩支护措施后,巷道围岩最大变形量在200 mm 以内,实现了对复合顶板巷道围岩的有效控制,保证了巷道的使
用安全。

Research on Anchor-net Cable-spraying Shotcrete and Grouting Reinforcement Technology for
Roadway with Composite Roof

Abstract: The roof of 802 mining face transportation lane is a typical composite roof and it is broken. In addition, the roadway is
buried deep, and the control of the surrounding rock of the roadway is difficult. This paper proposed an anchor-net cablespraying
combined with roof grouting reinforcement support technology to control the surrounding rock of the 802 mining face
transportation lane, and designed the support parameters and grouting parameters in detail. Field application showed that after the
proposed surrounding rock support measures were taken, the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was
within 200 mm, which effectively controled the surrounding rock of the roadway with composite roof and ensured the safety of the
roadway.
