煤炭洗选系统智能化自动控制优化设计

摘要: 针对煤炭洗选系统自动化、智能化程度较低,故障率高的问题,对原煤炭洗选系统智能化自动控制进行优化
设计,以降低工人劳动强度,改善劳动环境。以PLC 控制技术为基础,以TCP/IP 通信、CAN 总线通信为数据传输模式,
可实现对煤炭洗选系统的自动控制,也可实现操作站、显示操作终端、现场操作箱3种控制模式,同时提高控制精度。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low automation, low intelligence and high failure rate of the coal washing system, this paper
carried out optimal design of the original intelligent automatic control of the coal washing system to reduce the labor intensity of
workers and improve the working environment. Based on PLC control technology, using TCP/IP communication and CAN bus
communication as the data transmission mode, it can realize automatic control of the coal washing system, and can also realize
three control modes of operation station, display operation terminal and field operation box , while improving the control accuracy.
