煤矿机车永磁同步电机控制系统设计

摘要: 为实现煤矿井下电力机车的安全稳定运行,在分析永磁同步电机数学模型、比较电机控制方法的基础上,设
计了一种以转子磁链定向控制方式为核心的双闭环控制系统。在此基础上,通过对以PIC16F877A 单片机为核心的硬件
电路和控制系统软件流程进行设计,完成了永磁同步电机控制系统,实现了对煤矿井下机车电机的控制,对于提高煤矿
生产效率具有重要的实用和研究价值。

Design of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Control System for Coal Mine Locomotive

Abstract: In order to realize the safe and stable operation of the electric locomotive in the coal mine, a double closed-loop
control system based on the rotor flux oriented control mode was designed based on the analysis of the mathematical model of the
permanent magnet synchronous motor and the comparison of the motor control methods. On this basis, through the design of
hardware circuit and software flow of control system based on PIC16F877A single chip microcomputer, the permanent magnet
synchronous motor control system was completed, and the control of underground locomotive motor was realized, which was of
important practical and research value for improving the production efficiency of the coal mine.
