附加热源对热电联合系统收益影响分析

摘要: 建立了配置附加热源的供暖季时序生产模拟模型,并根据东北地区现有电力调峰补偿机制建立了各主体效益
模型,分析了附加热源运行对各主体效益的影响。算例分析表明,附加热源配置有利于风电友好并网,热电厂面临损失。
此外,还为附加热源的配置和运行提出了一些建议,对进一步完善调峰补偿机制具有指导意义。

Abstract: This paper established a simulation model of heating season with additional heat sources, and built the main benefit
models based on the existing peak compensation mechanism in Northeast China, analyzed the influence of additional heat source
operation on the benefit of each subject. The example analysis showed that the additional heat source configuration was conducive
to the friendly grid connection of wind power, and the thermal power plant was facing losses. In addition, some suggestions were
put forward for the configuration and operation of additional heat sources, which was of guiding significance to further improve the
peak load regulation compensation mechanism.
