京西废弃煤矿区的建设用地适应性评价
———以门头沟煤矿区为例

摘要: 目前,北京西部门头沟区作为典型废弃矿区,面临再次建设发展的机遇。废弃矿区因其复杂的地质与环境条
件,需要在利用前进行建设用地适应性评价。以门头沟煤矿区为例,进行建设用地适应性评价,科学合理地选定Ⅱ号地
块作为最终建设用地,提前规避潜在风险,对相关工作具有重要的指导意义。

A Case Study of Mentougou Coal Mine Area

Abstract: Recently, Mentougou District in the west of Beijing, as a typical abandoned mining area, faces the opportunity of construction
and development again. Because of its complex geological and environmental conditions, the abandoned mining area needs
to be evaluated for the adaptability of construction land before utilization. Taking Mentougou Coal Mine Area as an example, this
paper evaluated the adaptability of construction land, scientifically and reasonably selected plot II as the final construction land,
and avoided potential risks in advance, which had important guiding significance for related work.
