风氧化带注浆材料及浆液扩散研究

摘要: 针对霍州煤电集团晋北煤业5-103 综采工作面末采通道预测部分区域受风氧化带影响顶板破碎严重的问题,
进行了注浆工艺的探讨。通过对注浆材料设计及浆液特性的研究,得到超细水泥为1 000 目(14 μm)、添加剂量为8%
的玻璃微珠作为辅助外加剂是最佳的注浆配比。通过现场施工及对注浆效果的观察,可知注浆加固工艺的应用增强了煤
壁的承载能力,缩小了煤壁的塑性范围区域,为安全生产提供了保障。

Study on Grouting Material and Slurry Diffusion in Wind Oxidation Zone

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of roof broken seriously in some areas affected by wind oxidation zone in the end mining channel
prediction of 5-103 fully mechanized mining face of Jinbei Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Huozhou Coal Electricity Group, this paper
discussed the grouting technology. Through the study of grouting material design and slurry characteristics, it is found that the best
grouting ratio is 1 000 mesh (14 μm) ultra-fine cement and glass beads with 8% additive as auxiliary additive. Through site
construction and observation of grouting effect, it can be seen that the application of grouting reinforcement technology enhances
the bearing capacity of coal wall, reduces the plastic range area of coal wall, and provides a guarantee for safe production.
