松软煤层巷道破坏原因及控制策略

摘要: 针对松软煤层围岩变形严重、支护困难的问题,以A 矿21311 工作面为工程背景,利用极限自稳隐形拱对巷
道破坏原因进行分析。巷道两帮是影响平衡拱范围的主要因素,依据强帮固顶的原则,采用锚网索联合支护技术对巷道
进行支护。实践表明,支护效果良好,达到了预期的支护效果,为该矿其他工作面回采巷道的支护提供了借鉴。

Abstract: In view of the serious deformation of surrounding rock and the difficulty of supporting in the soft coal seam, taking
21311 working face of A Coal Mine as the engineering background, this paper used the self-stabilized limit hidden arch to analyze
the failure causes of roadway. The two sides of roadway are the main factors affecting the scope of balance arch. According to
the principle of strong side and fixed roof, the combined support technology of bolt, mesh and cable was used to support the
roadway. The practice shows that the support effect is good and achieves the expected support effect, which provides reference for
the support of other working faces in the mine.
