一超超临界机组单辅机汽泵密封水系统技改方案

摘要: 内蒙古大唐国际托克托发电有限责任公司五期机组类型为超超临界660 MW 直流炉空冷机组,其汽动给水泵自
机组投产以来长期存在高负荷时汽泵密封水回水温度偏高的问题。针对该问题在机组检修期间进行了汽泵密封水系统优
化改造。介绍了改造前系统和热工逻辑,分析了改造方案,探讨了改造后汽泵密封水系统的投停及运行注意事项。系统
改造后彻底解决了汽泵密封水回水温度偏高的问题,保障了机组的安全稳定运行,提高了机组效率。

Technical Reform Scheme of Steam Pump Seal Water System for Single Auxiliary Machine of an
Ultra Supercritical Unit

Abstract: The fifth unit of Inner Mongolia Datang International Toktor Power Generation Co., Ltd. is an ultra supercritical 660 MW
direct current boiler air cooling unit. Since the steam driven feed water pump was put into operation for a long time, the problem
of high temperature of sealing water return water of steam pump under high load had existed for a long time. In view of this
problem, the sealing water system of steam pump was optimized during unit maintenance. This paper introduced the system and
thermal logic before the transformation, analyzed the transformation scheme, and discussed the operation, shutdown and operation
precautions of the steam pump sealing water system after the transformation. After the system transformation, the problem of high
return water temperature of steam pump sealing water was completely solved, the safe and stable operation of the unit was
guaranteed, and the unit efficiency was improved.
