摘要: 矿井掘进机是煤矿井下巷道掘进作业的核心设备,其工作时的稳定性和可靠性直接关系到煤矿井下巷道掘进
作业的效率和巷道掘进质量。提出了一种新的矿井掘进机自主截割控制系统。该系统采用了记忆截割、远程智能控制及
视频辅助截割,实现了矿井掘进机巷道掘进作业的自主控制,为实现煤矿井下的无人化巷道掘进作业奠定了基础,有效
提升了巷道掘进的效率和安全性,具有较大的应用推广价值。

Abstract: The mine roadheader is the core equipment of coal mine roadway driving operation, and its stability and reliability are
directly related to the efficiency and quality of roadway driving. This paper presented a new automatic cutting control system of
mine roadheader. The system adopts memory cutting, remote intelligent control and video assisted cutting, which realizes the
independent control of mine roadheader driving operation, lays the foundation for the realization of unmanned roadway driving
operation in the coal mine, effectively improves the efficiency and safety of roadway driving, and has great application value.
