53021巷修巷过陷落柱施工安全技术研究

摘要: 在巷道复用前,因采面动压影响会造成回风巷变形,为此需进行修巷后才能使用。成庄矿综采工作面多采用
“两进一回”形式布置,其中,回风巷作为下一工作面巷道可复用。针对修巷中存在的问题,在原有巷道条件下,对构造
区域范围内顶板进行管理是施工中的重点和难点,加强支护是要点。对53021 巷修巷中存在的问题进行了相关安全技术
研究,调整了修巷工序,制定了配套的支护方式,既保证了修巷的进度,又安全地通过了构造区,为类似巷道快速修巷
提供了解决方案。

Abstract: Before the roadway is reused, due to the influence of the dynamic pressure of the mining face, the return air roadway
will be deformed, so it can only be used after roadway repairing. The fully mechanized mining face of Chengzhuang Coal Mine is
usually arranged in the form of "two in and one return", in which the return air roadway can be reused as the next working face
roadway. In view of the problems existing in the roadway repairing, under the original roadway conditions, the roof management
within the structural area is the key and difficult point in the construction, and strengthening the support is the key point. This
paper studied the related safety technologies for the problems existing in the repairing of 53021 roadway, adjusted the repairing
process, and formulated the supporting mode, which not only ensured the progress of roadway repairing, but also safely passed
through the structural area, providing a solution for rapid roadway repairing of similar roadways.
