煤矿井下支架搬运车变频驱动系统研究

摘要: 针对煤矿井下柴油驱动支架搬运车存在的尾气排放量大、故障率高、耗能严重的问题,设计了电驱型支架搬
运车。分析了煤矿井下支架搬运车变频驱动系统,并重点研究了变频驱动方案设计。出厂测试结果表明,应用该变频控
制系统的45T型铲叉式电驱型支架搬运车在空载/满载车速、续航里程、爬坡能力等方面表现突出,满足设计要求。

Research on Frequency Conversion Drive System of Underground Support Carrier in Coal Mines

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large exhaust emission, high failure rate and serious energy consumption of diesel powered
support carrier in coal mines, the electric drive type support carrier was designed. This paper analyzed the frequency conversion
drive system of coal mine support carrier, and focused on the design of frequency conversion drive scheme. The results of factory
test show that the 45T forklift electric powered support carrier with the frequency conversion control system has outstanding
performance in no-load/full load speed, range, climbing ability and so on, which meets the design requirements.
