摘要: 介绍了采煤机的结构,分析了采煤机的工作原理和工作方式,对采煤机常见故障进行了分类,并回顾了当前
常用的故障分析方法,包括传统故障诊断和智能故障诊断。结合人工神经网络分析法和专家系统诊断法的优点,建立了
基于混合算法的采煤机故障分析系统。

Abstract: This paper introduced the structure of shearer, analyzed the working principle and working mode of shearer, classified
the common faults of shearer, and reviewed the common fault analysis methods, including traditional fault diagnosis and intelligent
fault diagnosis. Combining the advantages of artificial neural network analysis method and expert system diagnosis method, a
shearer fault analysis system based on mixed algorithm was established.
