火力发电厂主蒸汽管道设计参数中外标准对比

摘要: 大型火力发电厂主蒸汽管道的设计参数选择,中外设计标准均有相应的规定。对火力发电厂主蒸汽管道设计
参数的中外标准进行了对比。中国标准DL/T 5054—2016 《火力发电厂汽水管道设计规范》和美国标准ASME B31.1—
2018 Power Piping对于主蒸汽管道设计压力的取值规定类似,但都低于英国标准BS 806—1993 Specification for Design and
Construction of Ferrous Piping Installations for and in Connection with Land Boilers
的要求。对于主蒸汽设计温度,3 个国家的
设计标准差别不大。

Comparison of Design Parameters of Main Steam Pipeline in Thermal Power Plant between
Chinese and Foreign Standards

Abstract: The design parameter selection of main steam pipeline in large thermal power plant is regulated by Chinese and
foreign design standards. This paper compared the design parameters of the main steam pipeline in thermal power plants with
Chinese and foreign standards. Although Chinese standard DL/T 5054—2016 Code for Design of Stream/Water Piping of Fossilfired
Power Plant and American standard ASME B31.1—2018 Power Piping has provided a similar value for the design pressure
of the main steam pipeline, but are lower than the British standard BS 806—1993 Specification for Design and Construction of
Ferr -ous Piping Installations for and in Connection with Land Boilers
. For the design temperature of main steam, the design
standards of three countries have little difference.
