循环流化床锅炉返料异常的原因及调整策略

摘要: 循环流化床锅炉由炉膛、分离器、返料立管、返料阀和尾部烟道组成。返料阀采用U 形结构。当风煤配比不
当,即一次风量大于入炉煤量需要的一次风量时,会产生返料异常现象。调整时,适量减少一次风,加快冷渣器转速,
增大排渣量,排出燃烧室内多余的物料,反复调整直到均匀返料为止。另外,加装密封风管,选用合格的燃煤粒度,保
证床压、床温正常,也可以有效解决返料异常问题,减少因返料异常造成的烧伤、压床、停炉等事故,保证生产安全。
此调整方法操作简单,易于实施。

Abstract: The CFB boiler consists of furnace, separator, return riser, return valve and tail flue. The return valve adopts U-shaped
structure. When the ratio of air and coal is not proper, that is, the primary air volume is greater than the primary air volume required
by the amount of coal into the furnace, abnormal phenomenon of material return will occur. During the adjustment, reduce
the primary air appropriately, increase the rotation speed of slag cooler, increase the slag discharge volume, discharge the surplus
materials in the combustion chamber, and adjust repeatedly until the material is returned evenly. In addition, the sealing air duct
can be installed, and the qualified coal particle size can be used to ensure the normal bed pressure and bed temperature, which
can effectively solve the problem of abnormal material return, reduce the burn, press bed, boiler shutdown and other accidents
caused by abnormal returned material, and ensure the production safety. This adjustment method is simple to operate and easy to
implement.
