综采工作面坚硬顶板定向水力致裂研究

摘要: 为了解决工作面坚硬顶板悬顶面积大、顶板不易垮落的难题,结合福达煤矿15202 工作面工程背景,采用定
向水力致裂技术,对工作面两顺槽顶板15 m范围内进行钻孔致裂。叙述了定向水力致裂关键技术,分析了定向水力致裂
方案,并对其致裂效果进行了评价。现场工业性试验表明,定向水力致裂的应用达到了致裂要求,可防止工作面瓦斯超
限,提高顶板的垮落程度。

Study on Directional Hydraulic Fracturing of Hard Roof in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large suspended roof area of hard roof and not easy roof collapse, combined with the
engineering background of 15202 working face in Fuda Coal Mine, directional hydraulic fracturing technology was used to drill for
fracturing within 15 m of the roof of the two troughs of the working face. This paper described the key technology of directional
hydraulic fracturing, analyzed the scheme of directional hydraulic fracturing, and evaluated the fracturing effect. On-site industrial
tests show that the application of directional hydraulic fracturing meets the requirements of fracturing, which can prevent the gas
from exceeding the limit on the working face and improve the collapse of the roof.
