斜沟矿井下自动化综采工艺的应用研究

摘要: 综采工艺作为煤矿井下开采的核心, 直接关系到矿井综采作业效率、安全性和经济性。针对目前斜沟煤矿井
下综采作业自动化程度低、综采效率低、安全性差的情况, 提出了一种新的自动化综采工艺。该工艺集采煤机的自动截
割控制、液压支架的支护、刮板输送机的自动联动运行控制等关键自动化工艺于一体, 不仅极大地提升了煤矿井下自动
化综采作业效率, 还提升了综采作业的安全性和经济性。实际应用表明, 采用自动化综采工艺后, 井下综采面的人员数
量减少了2/3, 综采作业效率提升了21.6%。

Study on Application of Automatic Fully Mechanized Mining Technology in Xiegou Coal Mine

Abstract: As the core of underground mining in coal mines, fully mechanized mining technology is directly related to the efficiency,
safety and economy of fully mechanized mining operations. Aiming at the current situation of low automation, low efficiency
and poor safety of fully mechanized mining operations in Xiegou Coal Mine, this paper proposed a new automated fully
mechanized mining technology. This process integrates the automatic cutting control of the shearer, the support of the hydraulic
support, the automatic linkage operation control of the scraper conveyor and other key automation processes. It not only greatly
improves the efficiency of automated comprehensive mining operations in underground coal mines, but also improves the safety
and economy of comprehensive mining operations. Practical application shows that after adopting the automated fully mechanized
mining technology, the number of personnel at the fully mechanized underground mining face was reduced by 2/3, and the
efficiency of fully mechanized mining operations was increased by 21.6%.
