350 MW富氧燃烧超临界燃煤发电机组制粉系统研究

摘要:针对350 MW 富氧燃烧超临界燃煤发电机组制粉系统的参数选取、设备选型等问题, 进行了理论研究和实例分
析, 分别提出了富氧干循环和湿循环的制粉系统中关键参数的选取建议, 对空气工况、富氧干循环、富氧湿循环3种工况进
行对比分析, 综合考虑防腐、防爆等因素, 给出了磨煤机出口风温及空预器入口风温的取值建议。依托350 MW发电机组,
完成了富氧燃烧制粉系统的方案设计, 针对介质成分、温度等的变化对磨煤机、一次风机等选型的影响展开了论述。

Abstract: In view of the parameter selection and equipment selection of the pulverizing system of 350 MW oxygen-enriched
combustion supercritical coal-fired generator units, theoretical research and case analysis were carried out. This paper proposed
recommendations for the selection of key parameters of pulverizing systems of oxygen-enriched dry cycle and wet cycle respectively,
as well as a comparative analysis of the three working conditions of air working conditions, oxygen-enriched dry cycle and
oxygen-enriched wet cycle. Considering anti-corrosion and explosion-proof factors, the recommended value of outlet air temperature
of the coal mill and the inlet air temperature of the air preheater were given. Relying on the 350 MW generator set, the plan
design of oxygen-enriched combustion pulverizing system was completed, and the influence of changes in the composition and
temperature of the medium on the selection of coal mills and primary fans was discussed.
