摘要: 莱州电厂1:000:MW 超超临界锅炉侧墙水冷壁发生腐蚀。综合分析认为该腐蚀是硫化物型高温腐蚀。针对具体
失效原因, 提出了侧壁风装置改造、燃烧调整和水冷壁表面喷涂等综合措施。综合措施的应用改善了煤粉刷墙情况, 消
除了水冷壁管周围的还原性气氛, 有效解决了锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题。研究对于解决目前百万机组锅炉普遍存在的水
冷壁高温腐蚀问题具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: Corrosion occurred on the water cooled wall of side wall of a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler in Laizhou Power
Plant. The comprehensive analysis showed that the corrosion was sulfide type high-temperature corrosion. In view of the specific
reasons of failure, this paper proposed the comprehensive measures such as modification of sidewall wind device, combustion
adjustment and water cooled wall spraying. The applied measures improved the condition of coal-painted walls and eliminated the
reducing atmosphere around water-cooled wall pipes, then effectively solved the high-temperature corrosion problem of the water
cooled wall of the boiler. The study has certain reference significance for solving the problem of high-temperature corrosion of
water cooled wall which is common in millions of boiler units.
