回采巷道底鼓机理分析及控制技术研究

摘要: 针对回坡底煤矿11-107 工作面回采过程中底鼓严重的现象, 对垂直挤压型底鼓机理进行了分析,提出了“帮
部补强锚索+底板注浆锚杆+底角锚杆”的加强支护方案。通过对工作面前方150+m 范围内底鼓量的监测, 发现底鼓现
象得到明显的改善,在不影响设备正常运行的同时为安全通风、高效回采提供了保障。

Mechanism Analysis and Control Technology Research of Floor Heave in Mining Roadway

Abstract: In view of the serious floor heave in 11-107 working face of Huipodi Coal Mine, this paper analyzed the mechanism of
vertical extrusion floor heave, and put forward the strengthening support scheme of "reinforcing anchor cable at the side, grouting
anchor at the bottom and anchor at the bottom corner". Through the monitoring of the floor heave within 150 m in front of the
working face, it was found that the floor heave phenomenon had been significantly improved, which not only did not affect the
normal operation of the equipment, but also provided a guarantee for safe ventilation and efficient mining.
