福建省电能替代技术适用性分析与推广措施研究

摘要:实施电能替代对于构建高层次、宽范围的新型电力消费市场和促进能源清洁化发展意义重大, 是控制煤炭消
费总量、减轻大气污染的重要举措。福建省坚持绿色发展, 积极实施能源消费电能替代。针对福建电能替代工作涉及面
广、专业性强、技术层次高的特点, 采用波士顿矩阵分析法对电能替代技术进行了适用性分析, 明确各地市的重点发展领
域和技术方向, 给出实施建议, 制定了综合性推广措施, 助力技术人员的工作开展, 为电能替代工程的进行提供理论指导。

Abstract: The implementation of electricity substitution is of great significance for building new electricity consumption market of
high-level and wide range and promoting the clean development of energy. It is an important measure to control the total coal
consumption and reduce air pollution. Fujian Province adheres to green development and actively implements energy consumption
and power substitution. In view of the characteristics of wide range, strong professionalism and high technical level of electric energy
substitution work of Fujian, this paper used Boston matrix analysis method to analyze the applicability of electric energy
substitution technology, clarified the key development areas and technical direction of various cities, gave implementation suggestions,
formulated comprehensive promotion measures, helping technical personnel to carry out their work and provide theoretical
guidance for the implementation of electric energy substitution projects.
