带式输送机智能控制系统研究

摘要:对矿用运输设备———带式输送机进行了理论研究,并对其能耗进行了详细的讨论,得出合理地调节输送机的
运行速度能够保证装载量达到额定值,从而有效降低能耗。对于带式输送机智能控制系统的优化,采用加速度形式下的
动态时间间隔调速方法,结合超声波技术对带式输送机进行速度的调节和物料量的计算,实现了速度与物料量的匹配。
带式输送机速度可随煤流量的变化稳定地过渡,且设备处于满载运行状态,在减弱设备磨损的情况下实现了矿井的高效
开采,有效地节约了能源且优化了带式输送机智能控制系统。

Abstract: This paper carried out theoretical research on the belt conveyor of mining transportation equipment, and discussed its
energy consumption in detail. It is concluded that reasonable adjustment of the conveyor speed can ensure that the loading capacity
reaches the rated value, thereby effectively reducing energy consumption. For the optimization of the intelligent control system
of the belt conveyor, the dynamic time interval speed regulation method under the acceleration mode was adopted, the speed of
the belt conveyor was adjusted and the amount of material was calculated combined with the ultrasonic technology, thereby realizing
the matching of speed and material amount. The speed of the belt conveyor can be steadily transitioned with the change of
coal flow, and the equipment was in a fully loaded state, which realized the efficient mining of the mine under the condition of
reducing equipment wear, effectively saving energy and optimizing the intelligent control system of the belt conveyor.
