密封容器混合气体充入方式的试验研究

摘要:以一密封容器为研究对象,采用氦检漏技术对3 种不同充气方式进行试验研究,以确定气体混合均匀用时最
短的充气方式,以期为该类实际工作提供指导。试验结果表明:采用3 种充入方式,最终均可以实现整个空间内气体的
混合均匀,但是所需时间不尽相同。当采用先充入N2、再充入He 的方式时,静置27 h后,N2和He 基本混合均匀; 当采用先充入He、再充N2
的方式时,静置1.5 h 后,内部He的体积分数基本均匀;当采用先用缓冲容器进行一定混合后再充入容器的方式时,内部He的体积分数30 min内基本均匀。

Abstract: Taking a sealed container as the research object, this paper adopted helium leakage detection method to conduct experimental
research on 3 different charging modes, so as to determine the charging mode of the shortest time of uniform gas mixing.
It provides guidance for this kind of practical work. Experimental results show that the 3 filling methods can achieve uniform gas
mixing in the whole space, but the required time is different. When N2 is first filled and then He is filled, it is basically uniformafter 27 h of standing. When filling with He first and then N2
, after standing for 1.5 h, the He volume fraction inside is basically
uniform. When mixed with a buffer container and then filled with the container, the He concentration inside reaches a uniform level within 30 minutes.
