同忻煤矿带式输送机综合节能调控系统的应用研究

摘要:针对同忻煤矿多级输送机系统在运行过程中存在的调速性能差,输送机无法根据运煤量自动调节运行带速而
导致的能耗高、磨损大、寿命短的缺陷,提出了采用预见调速控制和煤量自动匹配控制的综合节能调控系统,实现对多
级输送机运行带速的灵活调整。实际应用表明,新的综合节能调控系统能够将输送机运行时的耗电量降低23.9%以上,
运行经济性得到显著提升。

Application Research on Comprehensive Energy-saving Control System of Belt Conveyor in

Abstract: Aiming at the defects of high energy consumption, great wear and short life caused by the poor speed regulation performance
of the multi-stage conveyor system in Tongxin Coal Mine in the process of operation and the conveyor's inability to
automatically adjust the running belt speed according to the amount of coal transported, this paper put forward a comprehensive
energy -saving control system with predictive speed control and automatic matching control of coal quantity to realize flexible
adjustment of belt speed of multi -stage conveyor. The practical application shows that the new comprehensive energy -saving
control system can reduce the power consumption of the conveyor by more than 23.9%, and improve the operation economy
significantly.
