刮板输送机拖缆装置的设计与应用

摘要:煤矿综采工作面使用的刮板输送机拖缆装置不够合理、完善,甚至有些部位缺失,不能有效地保护电缆,造
成失爆, 给煤矿的安全高效生产带来了很严重的安全隐患。分别对刮板输送机保护电缆的三个不同部位进行了具体分析,
找出失爆原因, 提出解决方案, 设计并制作出三种不同型号的拖缆装置。新设计的拖缆装置更加合理、完善, 全方位有
效地保护了电缆, 为煤矿的安全高效生产提供了保障。

Design and Application of Cable Handler of Scraper Conveyor

Abstract: The cable handler of the scraper conveyor used in the fully mechanized mining face in coal mine is not reasonable and
complete, and even some parts are missing, which cannot effectively protect the cable, causing the loss of explosion, and bringing
serious safety hazards to the safe and efficient production of the coal mine. This paper analyzed the three different parts of the
scraper conveyor protection cable in detail, found the cause of the missing explosion, proposed the solution, and designed and
produced three different types of cable handler. The newly designed towing device is more reasonable and complete, effectively
protecting the cable in all directions, and providing a guarantee for the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.
