气凝胶绝热毡用于火电厂高温管道保温的设计研究

摘要:提出了气凝胶绝热毡新型保温材料的两种保温方案,并将其与常规保温方案对比,研究了不同方案的保温厚
度、散热损失和经济性。结果表明,气凝胶绝热毡新型保温材料用于电厂高温管道保温时,可显著减小保温厚度和散热损
失。对于鄂州电厂2×1 000 MW 主蒸汽管道而言,保温厚度由300 mm 降低到200 mm,散热损失发电功率减少约15 kW。
经济性分析表明:当前气凝胶绝热毡市场价格条件下,可适当考虑采用气凝胶绝热毡和岩棉组合的保温结构(方案B);
当气凝胶材料价格下降到1×104元/m3时,方案B内部收益率超过8%。

Abstract: Aerogel insulation felt was using for a new type of thermal insulation material and Two kinds of insulation schemes
were proposed. Comparing with conventional insulation solutions, their insulation thickness, heat loss and economy were studied.
The results show that the aerogel insulation felt can significantly reduce the thermal insulation thickness and heat loss when it is
used in high-temperature pipe insulation in power plants. For a 2×1 000 MW main steam line, the insulation thickness is reduced
from 300 mm to 200 mm, and the heat loss power generation power is reduced by about 15 kW. The economic analysis shows that
under the current market price, the insulation structure of the aerogel insulation blanket and rock wool combination can be properly
considered(Scheme B). When the aerogel material price drops to 1×104yuan/m3, Scheme B's internal rate of return exceeded 8%.
