沿空留巷围岩变形监测及加固技术

摘要: 65082 巷在留巷过程中,受高地应力、地质构造等因素的影响,围岩变形严重。为了掌握巷道变形量过大的原
因,对巷道表层位移、顶板离层进行监测,并采用钻孔窥视方法分析顶板岩层破碎情况。监测发现,支护完成后顶板下
沉量和顶板离层量未有收敛趋势,结合钻孔窥视结果判定,顶板岩层破碎、锚杆支护体系未能充分发挥围岩控制效果以
及顶板淋水是造成顶板下沉量过大的主要原因。采用注浆方式加固顶板破碎岩层,提升岩层承载能力并封堵淋水裂隙,
后经补打锚杆、锚索等措施,有效控制了顶板下沉。研究成果为其他矿井类似情况下的围岩变形控制提供了参考。

Surrounding Rock Deformation Monitoring and Reinforcement Technology of Roadway Left
along Goaf

Abstract: During the process of retaining 65082 roadway, the surrounding rock deformation was severely affected by factors such
as high ground stress and geological structure. In order to grasp the reason for the excessive deformation of the roadway, the surface
displacement and roof separation of the roadway were monitored, and the drilling peep method was used to analyze the
broken roof rock. The monitoring found that the amount of roof subsidence and roof separation after the support did not have a
convergence trend. Combined with the results of drilling and peeping, it was determined that the main reason for excessive roof
sinking was that the roof rock was broken, the bolt support system did not fully exert the control effect of the surrounding rock,
and water splashing happened in the roof. Grouting was used to reinforce the broken rock strata of the roof, improve the bearing
capacity of the rock strata and seal the water-sprinkling cracks. Afterwards, anchor rods and cables were supplemented to effectively
control the roof sinking. The research results provide reference for the control of surrounding rock deformation under similar
conditions in other mines.
