山东省煤炭消费压减工作的对策和建议

摘要： 山东省作为煤炭消费大省，煤炭消费总量多，消费占比高，煤炭燃烧引发的空气污染问题突出。“十三五”
以来，山东省相继出台煤炭压减文件，将煤炭消费总量目标任务层层分解，制定了相关压减煤炭消费的重要措施。通过
研究山东省的相关文件，结合工作实际，阐述了煤炭消费压减工作存在的问题，并提出了下一步煤炭消费压减工作的对
策和建议。

Countermeasures and Suggestions for Coal Consumption Reduction in Shandong Province

Abstract: As a large coal-consuming province, Shandong has large total coal consumped and a high proportion of coal consumption.
The burning of coal has caused prominent problems such as air pollution. Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, Shandong Province
has successively issued coal reduction documents, decomposing the target tasks of total coal consumed, and formulating relevant
important measures to reduce coal consumption. By studying the relevant documents of Shandong Province and combining its own
actual work, this paper expounded the existing problems of coal consumption reduction work, and put forward the countermeasures
and suggestions for the next step of coal consumption reduction work.
