煤炭洗选优化措施浅析

摘要： 煤炭洗选是煤炭利用的一个重要过程，其主要是对煤炭进行分类，筛选出煤炭中的矸石及除掉煤炭中的硫。随着
煤炭洗选技术日渐成熟，煤炭洗选质量得到有效保证。为了保证煤矿企业的利益，必须提高煤炭洗选效率、降低煤炭洗选
成本。重点分析了煤炭洗选成本和效率的影响因素，并提出了一些优化煤炭洗选的措施，可为提高洗煤厂的经济效益提供
一定的参考。

Analysis on Optimization Measures of Coal Washing

Abstract: Coal washing is an important process of coal utilization, which is mainly to classify the coal, screen out the gangue in
the coal and remove the sulfur in the coal. As coal washing technology matures, the quality of coal washing is effectively
guaranteed. In order to ensure the interests of coal mining enterprises, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of coal washing
and reduce the cost of coal washing. This paper focused on the analysis of the factors affecting the cost and efficiency of coal
washing, and proposed some measures to optimize coal washing, which can provide certain reference for improving the economic
benefits of coal washing plants.
