基于低碳经济的常德市房地产业发展策略研究

摘要： 房地产业是拉动中国经济增长的重要力量，它产业规模大、产业链长，对能源消耗和环境污染有重大影响。
在识别房地产泡沫的基础上，从常德市房地产业发展趋势出发，提出了常德市房地产业低碳发展策略。

Abstract: The real estate industry is an important driving force for China's economic growth. With a large scale and long industrial
chain, the real estate industry has a significant impact on energy consumption and environmental pollution. Based on the real
estate bubble recognition and the development trend of real estate industry in Changde city, this paper put forward the low-carbon
development strategy of real estate industry in Changde city.
