关于排污企业环保风险管控的几点思考

摘要： 随着国家环保政策的不断完善和相关要求的不断提高，一些排污企业因缺乏环保专业化管理，跟不上环保政
策的变化与要求，面临的环保压力不断增大。如何管控好企业环保风险，是很多排污企业重点关心的内容之一。为帮助
排污企业理顺环保管理思路，及时识别日常环保风险并制订应对措施，降低企业环保压力，制定了一套排污企业环保风
险管控模型，通过实践应用，排污企业取得了明显的环保风险管控效果。

Discharging Enterprises

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of national environmental protection policies and the continuous improvement of related
requirements, some pollution discharging enterprises are facing increasing environmental protection pressure due to lack of
professional environmental protection management and unable to keep up with the changes and requirements of environmental
protection policies. How to manage corporate environmental protection risks is one of the key concerns of many polluting companies.
In order to help pollution discharging enterprises to straighten out their environmental management thinking, identify daily
environmental protection risks in a timely manner and formulate corresponding measures to reduce the environmental pressure of
enterprises, a set of environmental protection risk management and control models was formulated for pollution discharging enterprises.
Through practical application, pollution discharging enterprises have achieved obvious environmental protection risk management
and control effect.
