强化氧化+电催化联用制药废水处理实验研究

摘要: 制药废水具有组成复杂、有机物浓度高、毒性大、生物利用度低等特点,采用传统的生化工艺处理该废水收
效甚微。采用FYSO 技术与EP- 凯森电化学催化氧化联用技术为制药废水末端处理提供了一种高效快速的新处理工艺。
对该强化氧化+电催化联用制药废水处理实验进行了研究,得到最佳反应条件为:在150℃、pH值4、压力0.4 MPa、H2O2
投加量0.3%、反应时间60 min 的条件下,强化氧化出水COD 90~100 mg/L、氨氮质量浓度75~80 mg/L;在pH 值4~10、
电流密度450 A/m2下电解20 min,电催化出水COD约50 mg/L、氨氮质量浓度约2 mg/L,出水满足国家排放标准。

Oxidation + Electrocatalysis

Abstract: Pharmaceutical wastewater has the characteristics of complex composition, high concentration of organic matter, high
toxicity, low bioavailability, etc. The use of traditional biochemical processes to treat this wastewater has little effect. The use of
FYSO technology and EP-Kaysen electrochemical catalytic oxidation combined technology provides an efficient and fast new
treatment process for the terminal treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater. This paper studied the treatment experiment of pharmaceutical
wastewater by combination of enhanced oxidation + electrocatalysis, and obtained the optimal reaction conditions.
Under the conditions of 150 ℃, pH value 4, pressure 0.4 MPa, H2O2 dosage 0.3%, and reaction time 60 min, the enhanced oxidation
effluent COD was 90-100 mg/L, the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 75-80 mg/L; the electrocatalytic effluent
COD is less than 50 mg/L and the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen is less than 2 mg/L when electrolysis is conducted at a
pH value of 4-10 and a current density of 450 A/m2 for 20 minutes. The effluent met the national emission standards.
