大采高运输顺槽围岩破坏机理及控制技术研究

摘要: 基于12401 工作面回采期间运输顺槽围岩变形量较大影响安全生产的现状,对大采高顺槽进行了受力分析。
结果显示,顺槽受到的水平应力和垂直应力是造成围岩变形大的主要原因,因此,对顺槽顶板和两帮进行了加强支护,
在加强支护方案下,巷道围岩的变形量得到有效控制,顶板岩层的稳定性较好,满足安全生产的要求。

Study on Failure Mechanism and Control Technology of Surrounding Rock in Transportation
Trough with Large Mining Height

Abstract: Based on the current situation that the surrounding rock deformation of the transportation trough greatly affects safe
production during the stoping period of the 12401 working face, this paper carried out the force analysis of the trough with large
mining height. The results show that the horizontal and vertical stress along the trough is the main reasons for the large deformation
of the surrounding rock. Therefore, the roof and the two sides of the trough have been strengthened. By applying the reinforced
support scheme, the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is effectively controlled, and the stability of the roof
rock layer is good, which meets the requirements of safe production.
